- Expert-level competency in C#
- Broad experience with .NET Framework 2.0
- Experience with ADO.NET, SQL Server 2000/2005
- Experience throughout the software lifecycle

| Desired Technical Skills: |
- Expert-level experience with one or more emerging technologies such as AJAX.NET
- Experience creating custom controls for either ASP.NET or Windows Forms
- Experience with .NET 3.0 or 3.5

- Production level experience with tools in the Adobe suite.
- Strong understanding between the form and function of an application.
- A passion for understanding new technology and developing creative ways to harness it to solve real-world problems.
- Knowledge of a variety of user experience principals (user-centered design, personas, etc.).
- Demonstrabel portfolio experience in the technology sets noted above.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to speak in a publi setting.
